A 25-YEAR PASSION FOR VALUES AND AUTHENTICITY IN BUSINESS

I set up Alison Purdue Associates in 2018 to support companies achieve positive impact for their stakeholders for the long-term through purpose-driven leadership and the highest standards of corporate governance.  I work with clients across a broad range of industries enhancing corporate governance, undertaking independent board performance reviews, coaching senior leaders, and advising on leadership transitions.  I also support the development of corporate purpose, sustainability strategy, and organisational culture. 

I uniquely combine exceptional strategy and governance expertise with profound understanding of human dynamics in business. I have 25 years corporate and consulting experience in both the premium listed and private sectors.  I was Chief of Staff and Head of Global Programmes at Vodafone Group plc where I was responsible for strategy, governance and culture across 26 countries. 

I have an MBA from Henley Business School and a further Masters degree in HR Management. I have a distinction in Business Sustainability from the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership. I am an endorsed International Coach Federation Executive Coach, and I have a diploma in Corporate Governance from the Corporate Governance Institute.
